Fin, Feather and Bourbon Event, February 21st
This event will be held at the Hatteras Village Civic Center from 6:30-9:30 PM on the evening before the festival. The events features small plates showcasing seafood and waterfowl, presented with exquisite artistry, which are accompanied by select bourbons, wines and beer.
