Schedule of Events
(All
activities will be held at the Hatteras Village Civic Center)
(Taxi Service will be running to and from the marinas to the Civic
Center beginning at 5:00 p.m. Please be outside the marina office
to ride the taxi or call 252-995-6771)
Tuesday,
May 12, 2009
Registration
begins at 4 pm (all boats must be registered by 8 pm)
Beer and wine will be served 5pm to 6:30 pm
BBQ Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm, catered by the Callahan's
Captain’s meeting will start at 7 pm
Door prizes will include gift certificates to area restaurants
& specialty shops
Wednesday,
May 13th
Fishing
day from 8 am to 3 pm
"Taste of the Village Transom Party" (a sampling of items from local
restaurants and specialty shops) will start at 6 pm. Beer and
wine will be served.
Thursday,
May 14th
Fishing
day from 8 am to 3 pm

Beer, wine and mixed drinks will be served starting at 5:30 pm
Entertainment by Chris Bellamy will begin at 6:00 pm.
Dinner, catered by a few of our local chefs, will be served at 7:15 pm.
Awards will follow dinner and announcements.
An auction will follow the awards presentation. |
