The Fishy 5k will start and end at Hatteras United Methodist Church and loop through historic Hatteras Village. The Dock Dash fun run will start and end at Hatteras United Methodist Church and will cover 1 mile with a turnaround just past Hatteras Harbor Marina. Runners and walkers of all skill levels welcome! Come enjoy a morning run and stay to enjoy the events of Day at the Docks, a celebration of the watermen heritage of Hatteras, NC. The Fishy 5k will begin at 8 am and the Dock Dash fun run will follow at 9 am.

 

Pushing strollers is ok, we just ask that you start at the back of the corral. Please no pets.

 

Costs - Prior to September 1, 2015 $25.00 for Fishy 5k and $15 for the Dock Dash. Entry fee includes a t-shirt and goody bag. All finishers of the Fishy 5k will receive a unique finisher medal! After September 1, 2015 $30.00 for Fishy 5k and $15 for the Dock Dash. There is no guarantee of a t-shirt for those that register after September 1st although all effort will be made to provide t-shirts to all registrants. Packet pickup will coincide with the 4th Annual Taste of North Carolina, Hatteras Style at Lee Robinson General Store and Sticky Bottom Produce at 58372 NC 12 in Hatteras, NC. Packets can also be picked up the morning of the race at Hatteras United Methodist Church. Registration can occur at both events!

 

Non-refundable charity event. Race is rain or shine but will be canceled for safety reasons in the event of severe weather. Slower runners and walkers should start at the back of the corral. In the event of a cancellation, t-shirts will be given to those who registered for the race prior to September 1, 2015.

 

***The map on raceit.com shows the event in Frisco, NC which is incorrect! The event will take place in Hatteras, NC starting and ending at the Hatteras United Methodist Church in the heart of Hatteras Village.***
